Did I mention this bar supports military personnel and James is a veteran himself?! This bar is great and deserves your support!

I recently visited Lil Phil’s in Baltimore and was blown away! This cozy neighborhood bar has such a welcoming vibe, you feel like a regular from the moment you walk in. The bartender, James, is exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready with great drink recommendations. They’re also incredibly supportive of the military, making it a great spot for service members to relax and feel appreciated. The pool table is a nice bonus, perfect for a laid-back game with friends. Prices are super reasonable, making it an ideal spot for an easy-going night out. A great little bar in the heart of Fells Point! Enjoy a laid-back relaxing atmosphere where you can share conversation and great drinks with new or old friends or shoot a game of pool while playing your favorite music on the AMI jukebox. Another great feature is the owner, who is a real people person and takes the time to actually interact with his customers. If you want to chill in Fells Point, this is the place!

Really Cool Dive Bar. Pretty Solid selection of liquor, Extremely good prices for the fells point area. No food unfortunately but there are 1$ Jello Shots and alone is worth a visit simply for the nostalgia. They also have a juke box and a Pool table. It's a Good place to start or end a night.
